Product description
Panasonic 4466 is an addressable external power supply for devices that need a battery-backed 24 V DC supply. The power supply consists of a switched-mode power supply and a charger board, and it is connected to the COM loop so that the fire alarm control panel monitors the mains supply, the batteries, the internal resistance of the battery circuit and the charger. The power supply has a built-in short-circuit isolator and is intended for dry indoor areas.
The power supply has two 24 V DC outputs, each max. 2 A. The total continuous current is 3.0 A or 1.5 A depending on the charging current mode, and max. 4 A during a fire alarm. The enclosure holds two 12 V / 7.2 Ah lead-acid batteries; larger batteries of up to 42 Ah are placed in the separate 5014 battery cabinet. Up to two expansion boards can be installed on the charger board: the 4464 voltage output board or the 4585 loop repeater. The /OK output reports a mains fault, for example to the fire door function of the 3364 unit.

- Reserve three loop addresses (power supply + two expansion boards); automatic or manual addressing with the 4414/4414E tool
- Advanced mode: EBL512 G3 V ≥ 2.5, EBLOne V ≥ 3.3; NORMAL mode EBL512 G3 and EBL128 (as type 3366)
