The company’s head office and warehouse are in Vantaa, and faulty products are returned to the warehouse in accordance with the returns instructions. We operate throughout Finland.

Reference sites in the capital area
PAP has been involved in the Kalasatama towers, starting with the Redi shopping centre. In the renovation of Finlandia Hall, we reviewed and supplemented the fire safety plans and took care of commissioning the systems. At the logistics centre in Sipoo, we installed more than 400 aspirating smoke detection systems and 30 fire alarm control panels.

Does PAP operate only in the Helsinki region?
No. Our other offices are in Turku, Tampere, Lahti, Kuopio and Kempele, and we take on sites anywhere in Finland.
Who do I call when a fire alarm system develops a fault?
Call the maintenance, fault and work orders number or place a maintenance order online. Give the site address, the system and the fault you have observed. You will find all our contact channels in our contact details.
Can PAP handle the maintenance of several properties centrally?
Yes. For example, the Yrjö ja Hanna Foundation centralised the maintenance of rescue service equipment at all its sites with PAP. Read more in the article Fire-safe homes for older people.
