General information

At least once a year - Fire detection and other fire safety systems must be serviced regularly in accordance with regulatory requirements (usually annually) and whenever necessary. Regular maintenance ensures that each detector unit, alarm, battery backup and other component is working properly and that any faults or wear are detected in time. PAP Group offers TURVA service and maintenance, where periodic inspections and maintenance visits are agreed in advance. This ensures that the customer's fire protection systems remain in good working order at all times, the risk of false alarms is reduced and the system always meets the current requirements. Regular maintenance is an essential part of keeping a building safe throughout its life cycle.

Yes, it is. PAP Group offers TUOHI financing servicewhich allows you to finance the purchase of a fire safety system without a large one-off investment. In practice, the customer pays a contractually agreed monthly rental for the fire safety system, spreading the cost evenly over an agreed period (e.g. 3-6 years). This facilitates budgeting and frees up capital for other needs, as the purchase of the system does not put a strain on the company's balance sheet. The TUOHI financing contract is flexible: new equipment can be added later if the system is expanded or upgraded, and the monthly instalments can be adjusted to the company's cash flow (e.g. seasonal fluctuations). In addition, finance leases are often tax deductible for accounting purposes. The key is that fire safety is not just about money - with TUOHI, you can get up-to-date and safe systems in place now, and pay for them gradually.

In short, PAP Group's services are suitable for anyone who wants to improve the fire safety of their property with the support of a professional partner. Whether it is a small housing association or a large industrial plant, PAP Group tailors its services to meet the needs of its customers.

Among others:

Property owners - for example, owners of commercial, office or industrial buildings who want to ensure that their properties are professionally managed for fire safety throughout their lifecycle.

Housing associations and managers - housing associations and their managers, who are responsible for the security of residential buildings. PAP Group helps to ensure legal fire safety obligations (such as smoke detectors, emergency plans) and provides maintenance contracts for the fire systems of housing associations.

Property managers - managers of premises and real estate investment properties who need a reliable partner to maintain and keep up-to-date fire safety systems for a wide range of properties.

Contractors - new build and refurbishment projects that require the design, supply and installation of fire safety systems as a reliable part of the construction project. PAP Group can act as an expert project partner for such projects, from design through to commissioning inspections.

Electrical and building services contractors - contractors who are responsible for the electrical or plumbing systems in buildings and also want to provide their clients with qualified fire detection and security systems. PAP Group can design and implement fire protection systems as a subcontractor or in cooperation, ensuring that they are integrated with the rest of the building services.

Design firms (architectural and engineering firms) - designers who prepare building and technical building plans. PAP Group TUUMA planning service is a useful tool for them: it ensures that fire safety is taken into account correctly from the outset and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This speeds up the permitting process and reduces the need for modifications later on.

Yes. PAP Group offers TAITO training servicesto help customers' staff learn how to react correctly in various accident, hazard and threat situations. The training is always tailored to the needs of the site and the participants, taking into account, for example, the security systems in place in the building and the risks specific to the sector. The range of training is wide: it includes, for example, initial fire-fighting training, evacuation drills, fire safety training, general safety training and specific training such as fire alarm system operator training, occupational safety card training and first aid training. The aim is for trained persons to be able to act effectively for at least 10 minutes to protect themselves and others until the authorities arrive. The training can be delivered flexibly in Finnish, Swedish or English according to the customer's wishes.

In all its projects, PAP Group ensures that all applicable laws, standards and government regulations are met. The company has the necessary qualifications and certificates (e.g. TU quality certificate for electronic security systems), which demonstrate the quality and compliance of its activities. During the design phase, PAP Group takes care of drawing up the plans and studies required by the authorities and, if necessary, their approval by the emergency authorities. During the installation phase, it is ensured that the work is carried out in accordance with the relevant permit and installation requirements, and an official installation certificate is issued for each fire detection system installation prior to commissioning inspection. In addition, PAP Group keeps abreast of regulatory changes and updates its practices as soon as new requirements come into force - ensuring that the customer's system is always compliant with regulations and is accepted without problems during regulatory inspections.
