Payment and delivery
Payment terms: 14 days net.
Delivery terms: NOL Finnterms 2008, free at our warehouse.
Method of delivery: Kaukokiito; freight and handling charges are not included in the price.
Delivery time: As agreed.
Express dispatch: Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day or are ready for collection from our Vantaa warehouse. The delivery time to your address depends on the carrier. Express dispatch surcharge €20.
Small order surcharge: €20 on deliveries under €200.
Warranty and contract terms
Equipment warranty: We are liable for any defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years, excluding batteries.
Maintenance during the warranty period: not included.
Annual maintenance: not included.
Alarm transmission: not included.
Contract terms: IT 2022 YSE.
Variations and additional work: as per a separate quotation.
For project deliveries, payment instalments are as agreed in the contract.
Limitation of liability and other terms
PAP Group Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, loss of turnover or data, or any other loss arising from the contract.
Title to the equipment passes to the buyer once the full purchase price has been paid.
The order is deemed to have entered into force within seven (7) days of the customer receiving the order confirmation.
