Counterpart:

PAP Group Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, loss of revenue or data or any other loss arising from the contract.

Ownership of the equipment is transferred to the buyer once the full purchase price has been paid.

The order shall be deemed to have entered into force within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the order confirmation by the Subscriber.
