We operate throughout Finland, with offices in Vantaa, Turku, Kuopio, Lahti, Tampere and Kempele. We expanded into Northern Finland in 2024. We are looking for skilled people in many different locations. You may be an experienced professional or a recent graduate – we need people with many kinds of skills.

A career path of your own
At PAP, your professional skills develop and you can shape your career path to suit you. We work in a relaxed atmosphere without rigid organisational structures. Our working community is reflected in, for example, PAP Days 2026 and the Prosero team’s shared sports session in Tampere. Our project managers also explain in a video how projects and maintenance are handled day to day.
