What we offer installation companies

Product catalogue and request for quotation

The product catalogue includes fire alarm systems, emergency and escape lighting, voice alarm systems, flame and gas detectors, and cables and installation accessories. Add products to a request for quotation, and our sales team will prepare a quotation. Existing customers can place an order directly.

Documents in a single download

The product pages contain the manufacturers’ original technical datasheets, instructions and certificates, as well as PAP’s product sheets. In document downloads, you can compile the documents for a project’s products into a single ZIP package or PDF.

Partner training

Panasonic partner training is free of charge for participants. The basic course introduces the equipment and the advanced course covers programming and system integration, and after the training you can apply for a Panasonic licence for programming work. Explore partner training.

Technical support

Our technical support helps with the use and settings of equipment and systems and with other technical questions. You will find the numbers and addresses in our contact details.

Returns

A faulty product is returned from the partner via PAP Group to the equipment manufacturer and back. Follow the returns instructions.

For building and electrical contractors

TOIMI project services are suited to building and electrical contractors who need equipment deliveries, programming, testing and commissioning of fire safety systems, or the entire implementation including project management. Deliveries are scheduled to match the progress of the project and the installation work.

In the Horisontti tower in Kalasatama, PAP was one of SRV’s partners alongside the electrical designer, the fire engineering designer, the electrical contractor and the sprinkler, lift and automation contractors. All fire controls were tested for correct operation, and a power cut was simulated with a blackout test.

Installation quality on site

Errors in loop cabling are best found during the electrical installation stage. Panasonic’s 1105 loop tester was added to PAP’s range in 2020, and in the article an electrical contracting company describes its benefits in installation work. Read about the loop tester.

A statutory fire alarm system undergoes a verification inspection before it is taken into use and after significant modification and extension work (Act on Certain Fire Safety Equipment 191/2024). PAP takes part in the inspections and handles the inspections, installation certificates and handover tasks for its own work when the implementation has been agreed as its responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

Can individual devices be ordered without a project?

Yes. Add products to a request for quotation from the product catalogue or attach a product list to your enquiry.

What does a Panasonic licence mean?

After partner training, you can apply for a Panasonic licence, which allows you to carry out programming work on Panasonic fire alarm systems.

Can PAP handle just the programming and commissioning?

Yes. The project service can be limited to a programming and commissioning task, or PAP can manage the entire implementation.
