As the purchase progresses, our sales team prepares a quotation for the customer, and once the quotation has been accepted, our project design team draws up the implementation plans for the chosen solution.
Product presentations and product training
We import fire safety equipment from brands including Panasonic, AP Sensing, Emex, Kidde and Spectrex. We tailor product and system presentations to the needs of the designer’s ongoing project. For installation companies and contractors, we also organise free Panasonic partner training.
Technology and tender consulting
We help compare system solutions suited to the site and assess the cost levels of different technologies. Our design expert services also include preparing and comparing requests for quotation.
Life-cycle consulting
The equipment price is one part of a system purchase. Choices made at the design stage should also take account of implementation, maintenance, expandability and future changes, so that the system serves the site throughout its service life.
Delivery and maintenance from one provider
When the project moves to implementation, PAP provides design reviews, project management, equipment deliveries, installation, programming, testing and commissioning. We also help prepare the project documents and deal with the authorities. After commissioning, the system is maintained in accordance with the maintenance instructions for the equipment and the system.
