These include, for example, the regular maintenance of a building’s fire safety equipment—such as fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, emergency exit lighting, evacuation alarms, public address systems, smoke extraction systems, and fire suppression systems—as well as civil defense shelters, portable fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and so on. Reports on these must be available for presentation to the authorities upon request, for example, during fire inspections.

Using the service is thissimple: :
1. PAP stores all the important fire safety documents for your site in a safe deposit box.
2. You can log in to the safe deposit box either with the NFC tag on the site or with your own credentials via a separate portal. You can also use the service on your mobile device if you wish.
3. The safe deposit box allows you to view your fire safety documents and order service and maintenance for your systems.
