Due to increased demand, we have introduced a service charge for the delivery of legacy project documentation, such as positioning diagrams and software. At the end of the project, the documents are handed over to the client, but there has been a constant need to retain and resend them. We have therefore developed a documentation service that allows us to meet our customers' needs at a service fee based on our price list.
Contract and file delivery
In the future, the person requesting the documents and the representative of the property will have to sign an agreement confirming the authorisation to supply the files. This procedure will ensure that the party requesting the documentation has a proper right to obtain the files in question.
In addition, the requestor who signs the contract undertakes to return the updated images to us, ensuring that our documentation remains up-to-date and meets the needs of users in the future. The return of updated documentation will help us to maintain the quality of our service and ensure that the information can be used effectively for various projects, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Files will be delivered securely via a link, as before.
Entry into force of the service and price list
The new practice has entered into force on 1 June 2025, and the service fee is determined according to the current price list. The service fee covers the costs of managing and storing files, including security arrangements, systems maintenance and customer service resources.
Our aim is to make document management easy and ensure that important information is available when you need it. If you have any questions about the new process or details of the service, our customer service team is ready to help and provide more information!
