Due to increased demand, we have introduced a service charge for the delivery of legacy project documentation, such as positioning diagrams and software. At the end of the project, the documents are handed over to the client, but there has been a constant need to retain and resend them. We have therefore developed a documentation service that allows us to meet our customers' needs at a service fee based on our price list.
Tiedostojen tilaus ja toimitus
Jatkossa vanhojen projektien dokumentaatio tilataan pap.fi/tilaus‑sivun kautta. Tilauslomakkeella varmistetaan, että dokumentaatiota pyytävällä taholla on oikeus saada kyseiset tiedostot ja että toimitus voidaan tehdä hallitusti ja tietoturvallisesti.
Tilaaja sitoutuu toimittamaan meille mahdolliset päivitetyt dokumentit toimituksen jälkeen. Tämä varmistaa, että dokumentaatiomme pysyy ajan tasalla. Päivitettyjen dokumenttien palauttaminen auttaa meitä ylläpitämään palvelun laatua ja varmistamaan, että tietoja voidaan hyödyntää tehokkaasti eri projekteissa ja huollossa sekä vikojen selvittämisessä.
Tiedostot toimitetaan tietoturvallisesti Sharepoint-linkin kautta.
Entry into force of the service and price list
The new practice has entered into force on 1 June 2025, and the service fee is determined according to the current price list. The service fee covers the costs of managing and storing files, including security arrangements, systems maintenance and customer service resources.
