Due to increased demand, we have introduced a service charge for the delivery of legacy project documentation, such as positioning diagrams and software. At the end of the project, the documents are handed over to the client, but there has been a constant need to retain and resend them. We have therefore developed a documentation service that allows us to meet our customers' needs at a service fee based on our price list.
Ordering and Delivery of Files
Going forward, requests for documentation on old projects will be submitted via the pap.fi/tilaus page. The request form ensures that the party requesting the documentation is authorized to receive the files in question and that the delivery can be carried out in a controlled and secure manner.
The client agrees to provide us with any updated documents after delivery. This ensures that our documentation remains up to date. Returning updated documents helps us maintain the quality of our service and ensure that the information can be effectively utilized in various projects, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
The files will be delivered securely via a SharePoint link.
Entry into force of the service and price list
The new practice has entered into force on 1 June 2025, and the service fee is determined according to the current price list. The service fee covers the costs of managing and storing files, including security arrangements, systems maintenance and customer service resources.
