➡️ If a product breaks, a new part will be ordered from PAP Group Oy. This will be charged according to the current price list.
➡️ The RMA form for a defective product is filled in via the PAP Group Oy website. The RMA form can be found in the Products menu on the homepage.

A confirmation email containing the PAP's RMA number will be sent to the person completing the RMA form. This email will be printed and included in the packaging of the equipment supplied.

➡️Laitteen must be accompanied by a printed email confirmation, otherwise the RMA will not be processed until the form is submitted.
➡️ PAP Group Oy will issue a repair request for the defective device to the device manufacturer, who will issue an RMA code for the product return. To obtain an RMA code, a completed RMA form must be submitted.
➡️ The equipment manufacturer will examine the product and indicate whether or not the defect is covered by the warranty. If it is, the equipment manufacturer will repair the product and send it back to PAP Group Oy, which will forward it to the partner as a spare part.
➡️ If the equipment manufacturer declares that the repair of the defect is not covered by the warranty, the equipment manufacturer will estimate the cost of repairing the equipment and the partner will be billed. The repaired device will be delivered to the partner.
➡️ The equipment manufacturer is the only party that can determine whether or not a defect is covered by the warranty.
