The Fireray® 3000 Ex d consists of a transmitter unit that projects a modulated infrared light beam toward the receiver unit.
The received signal is analyzed, and if smoke is detected for a predefined period of time, the device triggers a fire alarm.
The control unit is located up to 100 meters away from the receiver unit via cable, which allows for low installation height and diagnostic functions.
Meets the requirements of BS 5839, Part 5.
