Product description
The recessed mounting frame is intended for installing the MX25 exit sign recessed into the ceiling. In flush mounting, the base and body of the luminaire remain above the ceiling, and only the neat frame and the sign panel remain visible. The solution suits sites where appearance matters, such as hotels and offices.
Installation
A 287 × 105 mm opening is made in the ceiling. The frame fits ceiling panels 5–30 mm thick, and it is held in place by springs. The external dimensions of the frame are 317 × 125 mm, and at the ends of the opening the rim extends 15 mm beyond it. The frame is white; the manufacturer also has a black version (920002).
Compatibility
The frame fits MX25 exit signs, both the standard models and the RX models with a red cross, with a rated duration of 1 or 3 hours. The viewing distance of the MX25 sign is 25 m. The luminaire body and pictogram are installed through the frame in the usual way. The recessed mounting frame is one of the accessories in the Emex MX series, which also include ball guards and a threaded rod plate.
