Product description
SF-MM31002D-GP is an SFP module for connecting PAVA devices and network switches to multimode fibre. According to Panasonic, multimode fibre is suitable for short and medium-length links, typically within the same building or campus. Examples include links between nearby racks, switches and equipment rooms. A fibre link has a lower risk of electrical interference.
The module’s data rate is 1.25 Gbit/s and its wavelength 1310 nm. The connector is LC and the range 2 km. The module has DDM diagnostics (Digital Diagnostics Monitoring). SFP slots are found in the GS110TP network switch, in PAVA panels equipped with the N network card and in the PAVA-DFMS fire brigade microphone station.
