Product description
ASD 532 is an aspirating smoke detector in Securiton’s SecuriSmoke range for small and medium-sized monitoring areas. It has one sampling pipe and space for one SSD 532 smoke sensor, which is ordered separately. The measured smoke level is shown on the bar graph display on the cover. Airflow monitoring detects pipe blockages and breakages.
Commissioning and settings are done on the device (EasyConfig) or with the ASD Config software. The pipe network can be designed with ASD PipeFlow. The fan has three speed levels.
The two expansion slots can take an RIM 36 relay module, an SIM 35 network module or an XLM 35 loop module. With SIM 35, the detector can be connected to an RS-485 network and monitored centrally.
