Product description
ASD 533-1 is an aspirating smoke detector in Securiton’s SecuriSmoke range for medium-sized monitoring areas. It has one sampling pipe and a pre-installed SSD 533 smoke sensor. The sensor’s alarm sensitivity is 0.02–10 %/m, and the pre-signals can be set to 10–90% of the alarm threshold. Airflow monitoring detects pipe blockages and breakages.
Commissioning and settings are done on the device (EasyConfig) or with the ASD Config software. The pipe network can be symmetrical, or asymmetrical when designed with ASD PipeFlow.
The four expansion slots can take an RIM 35 relay module, an SIM 35 network module, an XLM 35 loop module and an MCM 35 memory card module. The detector also has USB and RS-485 interfaces.
