# Panasonic PAVA-DMS-LCD microphone station with touchscreen

## Product description

PAVA-DMS-LCD is a zone microphone station of Panasonic’s PAVA voice alarm system with a 4.5-inch touchscreen. In PAP’s Finnish-language datasheet, it appears under the manufacturer’s code ABT-DMS-LCD. Menus are navigated and settings changed using the touchscreen or the buttons next to the display.

According to the manufacturer’s datasheet, the microphone station is to be used only for announcements other than evacuation and alarm announcements.

The microphone station has a built-in loudspeaker and an intercom function that allows the zone’s microphone stations to communicate with each other in both directions. External audio sources can be connected to the four local audio inputs. There is a separate connection for headphones.

The connection to the central unit runs over Ethernet (10/100BASE-TX). Power is supplied via PoE or from a separate 48 V power supply. Up to five ABT-EKB-20M expansion units can be connected to the microphone station.
