# Panasonic SN 253 P Sniffer sampling point, 3 m hose

## Product description

SN 253 P is Panasonic’s Sniffer sampling point with a 3 m hose. It is used when the pipe network is to be concealed, for example in churches, or protected against insects, for example in greenhouses. The sniffer can also be drawn into electrical or server cabinets. The hose is UV-protected rigid PVC and the sampling head UV-resistant ASA plastic.

According to Panasonic’s technical description, a 100 m pipe can have no more than 12 sniffers and sampling holes in total, and drilled holes between sniffers must not exceed 3.5 mm in diameter. A 13 mm hole is drilled in the ceiling, and the head is fixed with 3 mm wood screws.
