# Panasonic ASPECT-BLE Bluetooth board for the Aspect detector

Bluetooth module for connecting to the Aspect detector with the Aspect Tool B app. Replaces the old ASPECT-WIFI board.

## Product description

ASPECT-BLE is Panasonic’s Bluetooth module for the Aspect AE2010 aspirating smoke detector. It allows the detector’s operating data to be read and configuration, commissioning and service to be done with the Aspect Tool B app on a smartphone or tablet. According to Panasonic’s technical description, ASPECT-BLE is compatible with all AE2010 units, although available functions may vary.

When an old Nitro sensor is replaced with a Grizzle sensor, the ASPECT-WIFI board must be replaced with ASPECT-BLE, because the conversion requires the Aspect Tool B app. Installation instructions are in section 9.3 of the technical description. PAP’s product name is “Aspect BLE/WIFI kortti”.
