Printer for the Panasonic EBL512 G3 fire alarm control panel. The printer prints fire alarms automatically, and faults, disablements and event logs on request.

## Product description

Panasonic 5058A is a printer for the EBL512 G3 fire alarm control panel. The printer provides a paper record of the panel’s events, for example for fire inspections and maintenance. Fire alarms, including test mode alarms, are always printed automatically.

Faults, disablements, detectors that have activated a service signal, event logs, panel information and configuration, and activated interlocking inputs can also be printed via the menu. The printer has a paper feed button and a release button, which make it quick to change the paper roll through the front door of the panel.

### Installation and compatibility

The printer is installed in the front door of the EBL512 G3 5000 panel and connected to the panel’s MMI board. The printer is only suitable for the panel model with a printer, 5000SPRT, because a panel delivered without a printer has no mounting frame for the printer and no opening for it. The printer is supplied as a spare part without a mounting frame and connection cable. After installation, the printer is enabled by selecting “Printer” in the panel settings in EBLWin. The 5001 panel without display has no front door, so the printer cannot be installed in it.
