# MX40 sign panel 4 mm, E1/E2 left/right

Double-sided sign panel for the MX40 exit sign: arrow left on one side and arrow right on the other (E1/E2). The panel slides into the luminaire body, and the viewing distance of the luminaire is 40 m.

## Product description

This Emex MX40 sign panel is a double-sided escape route sign with an arrow pointing left on one side and right on the other (manufacturer’s designation E1/E2). The panel is fitted in the body of the MX40 exit sign, which illuminates the whole panel in both normal and emergency mode. The viewing distance of the complete exit sign is 40 m.

The panel meets the requirements of EN 1838: the luminance of the green area is at least 2 cd/m², the contrast between the white and green areas is 1:5–1:15 and the contrast within the same colour is less than 1:10. The signs comply with EN ISO 7010.

### Compatibility

The panel fits MX40 bodies 840100 (1 h), 840300 (3 h) and 840302 (black, 3 h). The double-sided panel cannot be used in RX models, in which the panel is always single-sided. A complete exit sign consists of the body, the analogue base 3312FLW/3312W and the sign panel, which are ordered separately.

### Installation

The panel is slid into the mounting profile of the body until it clicks into place and is locked with the fixing screw. Finally, the panel is turned to face the correct direction.
