# MX IP65 double-sided cover

Double-sided cover for the MX IP65 exit sign and emergency luminaire. It turns the IP65 luminaire into an escape route sign visible from two directions; up and down symbols are included.

## Product description

Emex 930016 is a double-sided cover for the MX IP65 Exit/Emergency luminaire (830010). MX IP65 is an addressable LED luminaire with a rated duration of 3 hours, designed for demanding conditions such as car parks, industry and outdoor areas. Depending on the DIP switch setting, the same luminaire operates either as an emergency luminaire or as an exit sign with a viewing distance of 25 m.

### Use

With the standard cover, the sign of the luminaire is single-sided. When the sign needs to be visible in both directions, the standard cover is replaced with this double-sided cover. Additional symbols with arrows up and down are supplied with the cover; the luminaire’s own delivery includes four symbols (up, down, left, right).

### Installation

The symbols are applied to the cover by wet application: the cover is sprayed with water, the symbol is put in place while the protective film is gradually peeled off, and the water and air bubbles are pressed out with a straight tool such as a plastic card. Finally, the cover is fastened to the luminaire body with two screws. The luminaire is set to exit sign mode with the DIP switches (all switches ON).
