## Product description

ETHY20MD\_IIB+H2 is a 25 W Ex horn loudspeaker for hazardous areas where an explosive gas or dust atmosphere may occur. According to Panasonic, it is intended for industrial and marine environments that require clear voice announcements, explosion protection and long-term durability in demanding conditions.

The loudspeaker is suitable for Ex zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. The marking is Ex db IIB+H2 Gb, Ex tb IIIC Db, II 2GD T6 T5. According to Panasonic, the IP66 rating withstands the demanding conditions of offshore and onshore installations. The stainless steel construction improves corrosion resistance. The power is selected on the 100 V line: 6, 12, 20 or 25 W.

The IIC version of the same loudspeaker is ETHY20MD\_IIC. The aluminium model is ETH20MD\_IIB+H2.
