## From our head office to the whole of Finland

The company’s head office and warehouse are in Vantaa, and faulty products are returned to the warehouse in accordance with the [returns instructions](https://pap.fi/en/2025/05/ohjeet-palautuksiin-miten-toimia-vioittuneen-tuotteen-kanssa/). We operate throughout Finland.

## Reference sites in the capital area

PAP has been involved in the Kalasatama towers, starting with the Redi shopping centre. In the renovation of Finlandia Hall, we reviewed and supplemented the fire safety plans and took care of commissioning the systems. At the logistics centre in Sipoo, we installed more than 400 aspirating smoke detection systems and 30 fire alarm control panels.

No. Our other offices are in Turku, Tampere, Lahti, Kuopio and Kempele, and we take on sites anywhere in Finland.

### Who do I call when a fire alarm system develops a fault?

### Can PAP handle the maintenance of several properties centrally?
