# Maintenance and servicing of fire suppression systems

## Sprinkler system maintenance

Maintenance of a sprinkler system is based on the maintenance instructions for its equipment and for the system. Previous maintenance records and the maintenance programme help you keep track of the work done and upcoming maintenance dates.

PAP provides sprinkler system maintenance and helps assess the repair and improvement needs identified during maintenance. Maintenance and any separate repair work are priced separately.

## Gas extinguishing system maintenance

The maintenance tasks for a gas extinguishing system are determined by the maintenance instructions for the system and its equipment. PAP provides the maintenance and helps incorporate the maintenance information into the property’s overall upkeep.

Changes to operations, premises or the system should be raised as early as the planning stage of the service. They may affect what kind of expert help is needed in addition to maintenance.

## What do you get from the service?

Findings from maintenance support the upkeep of the property and the preparation of repairs. Documenting the work helps you see what has been done and what needs to be revisited next.
