# PAP Days 2024

PAP Days are held every year for all PAP Group staff. They strengthen the PAP team’s team spirit and cheer everyone up in the middle of the autumn gloom.

This year, PAP Days were held at Eerikkilä Sports Institute in Tammela on 13 September 2024. Eerikkilä was an excellent choice for PAP Days, as it gave our large group the opportunity to meet, stay overnight, eat, spend the evening and enjoy the sauna together.

The basic idea of PAP Days has always been to bring all our staff together in one place. It is a good opportunity to make your voice heard and to share your ideas and thoughts with fellow PAPs from other locations as well. After breakfast together, we started the meeting with current topics both at PAP Group and across the industry as a whole. One major theme was occupational safety, the importance of which cannot be overstated. The presentations raised development ideas and reminders of existing practices, and new practices were introduced. A small revelation: among other things, a new RMA form was presented, which will at some point also serve our partners.

After the meeting, we changed into our sports clothes and headed for the sports field. We got to find out whose team was best at archery, a light-hearted relay race and charades.

After the Robin Hood games, the evening continued with sauna and socialising. As PAPs are spread all over Finland, it is great that everyone can also get to know each other in a more relaxed atmosphere. The evening also included dinner and the announcement of the PAP of the Year. This year, the votes were evenly split between many employees, so it was decided to recognise several people for their good work.

In total, five people received the PAP of the Year title. Congratulations:

- Arttu Lattu, Logistics
- Joni Elf, Helsinki region maintenance
- Maija-Leena Breilin, project director
- Raul Rooteman, Southern Finland projects
- Ville-Matti Tuovinen, Eastern Finland projects

All in all, PAP Days were once again a success. Everyone had a good time, and refreshed by the event, we are ready to get back to work on the fire safety of properties as a better PAP team than ever. The PAP team pulls together throughout the entire life cycle of a property: from needs assessment to sales, and from design to installation, servicing and maintenance.
