# New AddView app now available

**The AddView mobile app is the newest member of the Alerta alarm transmission service family. This additional service has been developed partly to replace the text message service.**

The app brings the service package up to date. You receive fire, fault, pre-alarm and maintenance notifications on your mobile device in real time. You can receive notifications with address information, making it easy to locate where a notification has come from, and you can acknowledge notifications at the press of a button. However, notifications do not disappear once you have acknowledged them; they are stored in case you need to return to them later.

At the moment, the app is only available in English, but it is nevertheless very easy to use. We also provide app users with a Finnish-language user guide to support them in getting started with the app.

The AddView app can be downloaded for Android devices from the Google Play store and for Apple iOS devices from the App Store. You will find the app under the name *“AddSecure AddView”.*
